Exchange and Return Policy

Dear customers, to serve you better, you must adhere to the following terms:

Attach the original purchase invoice.
The product to be returned must be in its original condition without any use and with its original packaging, including all accessories and the product’s instruction manual.
Products that have scratches or are damaged due to misuse or a malfunction due to using the incorrect voltage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In the case of product return or order cancellation without any fault in the product, the customer will bear all costs associated with the return process.
Returns are within one day and exchanges within two days from the purchase date, provided that the terms and conditions mentioned in the purchase invoice are observed.
Out of adherence to hygiene and public health laws, the exchange or return of personal care devices or health and beauty products is not allowed.
A report may be requested to determine the product’s condition through the maintenance agent before exchanging the product.
In case of an exchange, if the customer opts for a new replacement product of the same category and specifications as the original, they must pay a fair amount for the product’s use. This amount is determined by agreement between the customer and the agent, considering the duration and nature of the use. If the desired product for exchange is not available, the customer will be contacted for permission if they wish for a product considering the price difference.
Delivery occurs in the morning or evening period without specifying the time, and the delivery personnel will wait only 15 minutes to hand over the product.
If the product is delivered to the customer’s home and not received, a delivery fee of 100 SAR will be charged to the customer.
If the appointment is postponed by the customer, the next appointment will be after three days.
If the product is used, opened, damaged, or not in the same condition as received, it will not be replaced or returned.
Refund processes are executed according to the terms of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, where the customer’s information must match.
If the product’s box/carton is opened but not used, returns are accepted with a 30% deduction from the product’s value.
In case of a return due to a product defect, manufacturer’s fault, damage during delivery, or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged. For other reasons for return (such as the customer needing to exchange the product or changing their mind in general), shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Upon receiving the products, the customer must open, operate, and ensure their integrity from defects and damages before the representative leaves. Once the representative leaves after the customer receives the products without objecting to any defect or fault in the products, it is an acknowledgment by the customer of the correct receipt of all products specified in the invoice, working correctly and free from any defects, and they do not have the right to object or claim any defects, fractures, or faults in the products if found.
The company may refuse to install air conditioners if the installation site is not ready, presents a hazard, or has defects or obstacles.
When registering a beneficiary with us, the beneficiary’s banking information must match the name on the product purchase invoice, and the customer does not object to any defect or fault in the products, acknowledging the correct receipt of all products specified in the invoice, working correctly and free from any defects. The customer does not have the right to object or claim any defects, fractures, or faults in the products if found.
The company may refuse to install air conditioners if the installation site is not ready, presents a hazard, or has defects or obstacles.
